Our fourth Lunchtime Concert of this term was, as usual a very happy affair and featured twelve performers and one form. They all performed to a very high standard and to a large and appreciative audience on this lovely sunny day.

The performers and their pieces were as follows :

Charlie J played ‘Walking in the air’ by Blake on the saxophone

Eliza W played ‘Twilight’ by Milne on the piano

Emily J sang the ‘Spinning wheel song’

Jamie W played ‘Pink Panther’ by Mancini on the trumpet

Keiron K sang ‘The Smuggler men’ by Marsh

Thomas W played the ‘L’il Liza Jane’ on the piano

Tabitha B played ‘Hopping along’ by Bullard on the flute

Richard J played ‘Never vex a Tyrannasaurus Rex’ by Drayton on the piano

Polly W sang ‘Once upon a dream’ by Lawrence

Amelia C played L’autunno’ by Vivaldi

Lydia W played ‘The Entertainer’ by Joplin on the violin

and

Rem H performed ‘Rock around the clock’ to bring the concert to a toe-tapping finish.
