Carol Services

You are warmly invited to join us for our annual carol services which are, once again, being held in the beautiful baroque church at Great Witley. We are grateful for the help shown to us by the Parish of Witley
and English Heritage.

The Chapel Choir will sing carols by Guest, Mawby, Pettman, Rutter and Vaughan Williams amongst others.

The Junior Choir will sing carols by Gruber, and Jenkyns and will join with the Chapel Choir for a number of items.

The Services will be accompanied by Trumpets and Organ and rousing congregational carols include ‘Once in Royal’, O little town of Bethlehem’, Hark! the herald’ and ‘O come, all ye faithful’ amongst others.

The first Service is at 6:30pm on Thursday 14th December.
It is hoped that all Day Children and Parents along with any visitors and will attend this service.

Please bring a torch, sturdy footwear and a coat in case of rain, for the walk between car and church.
Please allow at least 10 minutes for parking and to be directed by stewards.

The second Service is on Saturday 16th December at 11:30a.m..
This Service is for all Boarders and their Parents.
Please use the English Heritage entrance and the parking area. Please go through the Visitors Centre and say that you are attending the ‘Abberley Hall Carol Service’. You will not be charged for entry.

Please arrive early at both services to ensure a seat!
