The DT workshop is a buzzing hive of activity both in lesson time and any available moment of free time for pupils of all ages. Free time projects can take many forms and pupils keep on providing us with new and interesting challenges.
Design Technology is about problem solving and students experience a wide range of materials such as wood, metal and plastics, where each project builds and extends previous knowledge.
Pupils are given the opportunity to work in a well equipped workshop with constant supervision, in order to realise their own ideas and develop confidence and expertise.
